Lavender (Lavendula augustifolia): Famous for its ability to promote deep relaxation, lavender reduces stress and supports restful sleep. Its soft, floral aroma soothes both mind and body, setting the stage for peaceful dreams.
Mandarin (Citrus reticulata): Gentle and uplifting, mandarin oil helps quiet anxious thoughts while lifting mood into a serene, positive space. Its light, sweet citrus scent is soft and comforting, perfect for nighttime calm.

Aromatherapy: Warm, sweet, and spicy with herbaceous, woody, and sometimes floral notes.
To Diffuse: Add 6 to 8 drops to center of SENSEORY gypsum rock diffuser or personal mist diffuser —surround yourself in a soothing wave of softened tension and 'drift away'. Approximately 200 drops per 10-ml bottle and 30 6-drop applications.
To Inhale: Breathe deeply from the essential oil bottle for an instant reset away from the demands of the day—embrace slumber in a 'rest and relax' infused state.
To Wear: To wear the DREAM blend as an alternative to toxic fragrance and cologne, combine it with a clean carrier oil, such as MCF coconut oil, General guidelines for 1-2% dilution is 2 drops of the essential oil blend per teaspoon carrier oil.
