Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica): Grounding and stabilizing, cedarwood helps calm scattered thoughts while encouraging mental endurance. Its warm, woody scent fosters focus by easing stress and creating a sense of clarity.

Vetiver (Vetivera zizanioides): Known as the “oil of tranquility,” vetiver supports deep concentration and steadies the mind during distraction. Its earthy, smoky aroma grounds energy, making it easier to focus for longer periods.

Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis): A cognitive powerhouse, rosemary stimulates memory retention and sharpens mental clarity. Its herbaceous, energizing scent helps reduce mental fatigue and boost alertness.

Lemon (Citrus limonum): Bright and uplifting, lemon refreshes the mind and helps cut through sluggishness. Its crisp citrus aroma improves focus and brings a sense of positivity to tasks.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita): Invigorating and cooling, peppermint boosts alertness and improves concentration during mental fatigue. Its fresh, minty scent awakens the senses and sparks clear thinking.

Aromatherapy: Woody with hints of sweet and citrusy invigorating undertones. 

To Diffuse: Add 6 to 8 drops to center of SENSEORY gypsum rock diffuser or personal mist diffuser surround yourself in an invigorating 'let's do this' aroma.

To Inhale: Breathe deeply directly from the bottle for an instant dose of concentration and feeling task-oriented. Then, glide it onto your skin to release an even greater cascade of aromatic molecules.

To Wear: To wear the FOCUS blend as an alternative to toxic fragrance and cologne, combine it with a clean carrier oil, such as MCF coconut oil, General guidelines for 1-2% dilution is 2 drops of the essential oil blend per teaspoon carrier oil.

use: roll on inner wrist toward the heart, inner elbow circularly or along collar bone

stress+sleep blend

essentail oils: bergamot, amyris, lemon, cinnamon
mental: soothing, calming, restorative, nervous system regulation
therapeutic: sleep aid after sunset, restful state
use: roll gently up sides of neck/behind ears or along jawline
